Born with a creative gene, Miek has been beautifying her surroundings since she was young, both in interiors and through art.
Through her education, work and life experience, she has developed her skills, and from her studio she now creates minimalist work.
She makes paintings in various sizes as well as ceramics, all in serene white, bold black, or every shade in between. For her, form, structure and texture come into their own this way.
